Shipping Info: We are shipping within Germany and EU mostly with UPS or sometimes with DHL. For Shipping to other countries please contact us: info@sitzer-records.de.

Normally we ship Monday-Thursday. Shipped goods in the EU will be at destination on the next day or day after.
Return Policy: within 14 days you can return bouhgt goods. For Goods worth more than 40 EUR we will take over the shipping. Damages, losses etc. are handled like German law.
